In November 2007 Total Call International, Inc. and IDT/UTA have obtain a complete resolution of the lawsuit delivered by IDT Telecom, Inc. and Union Telecard Alliance, LLC against Total Call. That is the fourth group of accused which have settled the litigation commenced by IDT/UTA. Epana Networks, Inc., Dollar Phone Corp. and connected structures, and Locus Telecommunications, Inc are also involved into the assize. That unfinished suit is still on approval in the federal court in Newark, New Jersey.
